When you use LandView Real Estate, we may collect:

  • Account information: Name, email, and profile photo from Google Sign-In
  • Usage data: Property addresses searched, reports generated, and feature interactions
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Device information: Browser type, IP address, and session identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate and deliver property reports
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Improve the Service and fix issues
  • Communicate about your account or changes to the Service
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase — Authentication and session management
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
  • Rentcast — Property and comparable sales data
  • Mapbox — Address search and map imagery
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Neon — Database hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your account data and generated reports are stored in our database hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Reports are retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We track usage events (searches, report generation, downloads) to improve the product. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Update your profile information at any time
  • Cancel your subscription through the billing portal

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and encrypted payment processing via Stripe. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
