Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LandView Real Estate ("the Service"), operated by LandView ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LandView Real Estate provides automated property reports for real estate professionals. Reports include property data, comparable sales analysis, and market positioning derived from third-party data sources. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an appraisal, valuation, or legal advice.

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Free and Paid Plans

We offer a limited free report for new users. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited reports and additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Property data is sourced from third-party providers and public records. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Estimated values are algorithmically derived and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. All reports include the disclaimer: "Not an appraisal. For informational use only."

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service
• Resell reports or data without authorization
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Misrepresent report data as an official appraisal

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LandView. Reports you generate are licensed for your professional use. You may share reports with clients but may not resell the underlying data or system.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
